If you are having nuisance animals and pest wildlife on your property or in your home, the safest and most humane way to remove them is to set the appropriate traps and bait, depending on the species of wildlife you are encountering. Once the animal is caught, all nuisance wildlife is safely and humanely relocated to a wildlife preserve. Every animal removal and wildlife control situation is different; this is why we provide free estimates and inspections. Our Trapping techniques vary for each type of animal we encounter. During your initial consultation, the manager will inspect your attic to identify what species of wildlife you are having an issue with. At that point we will use the appropriate traps and bait to humanely remove the animal from your attic. We will also provide you with a comprehensive report of your roof and exterior so we can determine how the animal is getting into your structure. Once these “access points” have been identified, we will come up with a plan to close and seal them off for you so that you will not have any future wildlife or animal try to enter your home. Finally, once everything is all said and done (about a 2-week process) our sanitation crew will come to your home to perform the anti-microbial attic treatment. This will remove and clean any of the urine, feces or bacteria that was left behind in the attic. After your Wildlife Removal Project is complete you will be issued a Home Wildlife Control Certificate detailing the work done and your warranty protecting you from any future infestation.
